We have had so many amazing people come by to pick up pillowcase kits to sew at home that we are no long in need of our 2 scheduled sewing days at our Friendship Center. We truly wish to thank the generous community support for this project – thank you for your time & your fabric donations. In the 25+ years that I have been in our sewing/quilting community, every time someone needs help with a project of this magnitude, we are always there for each other. We are going to continue to accept fabric donations (extras are always a good idea) and you can drop your completed pillowcases off at the shop anytime – we can’t wait to bring them to our local seniors for the holiday season!
